Youth Delegation 2020 Application Process

In order to successfully apply you will need to complete the following 5 steps:
STEP 1: Application Form
Complete our online application form here.
STEP 2: Doctor's Report
Applicants must download a Doctor's Report to be filled out by a doctor who is not related to you and has known you for at least 18 months. In addition, if you are under the care of a specialist (i.e. cardiologist, neurologist, psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, physical therapist etc) you must submit a written report from them detailing your diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. Failure to submit such a report can result in your expulsion from this programme.

STEP 3: Consent Forms
Applicants must download and sign the following consent forms, along with the signatures of your parents/guardians.

STEP 4: Teacher Recommendation Letter
We require a recommendation letter from a teacher who knows the applicant well and can provide a current evaluation of the applicant's ability, motivation, maturity and suitability to the programme.
A template for the teacher recommendation letter can be downloaded here.
Please send the completed letter(s) to motlsouthafrica@gmail.com.
STEP 5: Non-Refundable Deposit of R3,000
Applications will not be considered without proof of payment of the above-mentioned deposit.
*Refunds will be considered if the applicant is not accepted into the programme, or the application is withdrawn before the application deadline.

Once all of this information has been received, you will receive a confirmation email that your application is complete.
